Course focus
The selected Design V work studies dwelling organization and the relationship between housing and the street. The Philadelphia submission is the basis for this description; a complete course syllabus is not represented.
The apartment proposal coordinates retail, dwellings, an interior court and a repeated street facade. Its original single-stair title is retained, although the drawings show two stair/lift cores and do not establish a verified egress strategy.
